In this age of fast and junk food, our diet often lacks
vital nutrients necessary for maintaining good health.
What's worse, we are forced to give up on things we
enjoy - cakes, ice cream, milkshakes, coffee and such
because these are perceived as unhealthy. Whether it is
an adult deciding one's own diet, or a young mother
deciding her child's, the problem is the same: a healthy
diet is synonymous with a boring and tasteless one. |
